Why does my Kia Soul not turn on?
That also sounds like if you turned it hard enough it would turn but absence the car running it isn’t getting power. With the normal steering lock that you need to move the steering wheel a little and turn the ignition key if that’s why it won’t turn but that’s with the ignition tuned to off/lock position.
