Connect the 0-414 kPa (0-60 psi) fuel pressure gauge (from gauge set 5069) to test port pressure fitting on fuel rail. Start and warm engine and note pressure gauge reading. Fuel pressure should be 339 kPa +/- 34 kPa (49.2 psi +/- 5 psi) at idle.

Where is the fuel line on a Jeep Wrangler?
The hose is located near the electrical connector and simply slides off the inlet. Disconnect the fuel line quick connector by squeezing the tabs on each side while you pull the connector apart. The fuel line is located adjacent to the EVAP hose at the front of the tank. Position a floor jack beneath the fuel tank/skid plate assembly.
