MY 05 2500 HD 6.0 was showing codes p0120 p0220 p2135 all related to Throttle Body Position and Pedal Positon Sensors. Fixed by cleaning ground on block, drivers side bottom of block where oil pan mee That happened to me 3 years ago and it needed a new pedal assembly.

When the throttle is closed the signal is near .45 volts. At WOT (Wide Open Throttle) the TPS signal voltage will approach a full 5 volts. When the PCM sees a voltage that is higher than the normal upper limit, P0123 will set.

Check your fuses, I can not remember exactly which one,but I have seen multiple times that the OBD port fuse is blown. I know some smaller GM’s (cavaliers, sunfires) are run off the electric seat fuse. The yuppie speaks the truth.
