What to do if your GPS stops working?
Try doing a reboot of the radio. With the ignition switch off, disconnect the negative battery cable for 2 minutes and then reconnect it. See if you now have maps. If you still have no detailed maps, then ask the dealer to update the software. That usually takes care of it. If not, then the radio may need to be replaced.

20 people found this helpful. The AM/FM quit working on my 2013 Wrangler at 83K miles. CD player and satellite worked fine, apparently just no AM/FM for reasons unknown.

Why does my Wrangler RhB radio not work?
The NAV function suddenly does not work. I have a 2015 Wrangler with the “RHB” radio. The SIRIUS component and AM and FM radio work well, but if I press the soft key for NAV, a splash screen appears, and never leaves until I exit NAV.
