The wiper deicer is actually heating elements at the base of the windshield where the wipers sit. It is activated by the switch to the left of the rear defroster/heated mirrors pushbutton. 2014 Cherokee TrailHawk V-6 Black.
Why are my windshield wipers not working on my Jeep Wrangler?

The washer does not work, the rear wiper/washer does not work, they stay on only at one speed and cannot change speed.
Is the tipm on my Jeep Wrangler still working?
Watching those wipers go for many hours a day is nerve-wracking. I went ahead and had the dealership order the new TIPM but it’s been two weeks now and they still don’t have it yet. With this latest episode that brings the grand total of repairs to way over $2000 in the last three months on a 3 year old Jeep!

Is there a recall on the 2007 Wrangler tipm?
Scary almost crashed! There is a recall on the TIPM for the 2007 Wrangler, but my vin# is not one of them. Had to pay $1200 and that’s very difficult on a set income. This has been a nightmare and cooperate does not give a sh*t.
