Why is the OBDII connector on my Jeep not working?
Went to get my Jeep inspected yesterday, and they came back in to the office and said, “We can’t do the inspection because the OBDII connector isn’t working.” The report from the inspection computer said “NOT CONNECTED”. I need to figure out what exactly to check, I know my way around OBDII vehicles, but can’t seem to find what powers the OBD port.
Can a phone be connected to an OBD II port?

Where is the fuse on a jeep OBDII?
I’ve actually had a look at the actual wiring diagrams for the Jeep. One diagram says it’s fuse M3 (which is for the front/rear lockers ?!?) and the other says simply “Fuse 22” (can’t figure out where the hell that is, if it even exists). I’ve even pulled the connector out of it’s mount and checked the pins from the back.
