I dunno where you got your figures but 4.10 isn’t enough gear for 35’s with the TJ. 4.56 works well for the 3-speed automatic and 33’s, 4.88 is optimal for the 5-speed manual transmission. With the 4-speed automatic, 4.88 isn’t even enough for 35’s. I’ve been running 35’s for nearly 15 years now on three different transmission types.

Which is better 4.10 gear or 4.56 gear?

Personally I’d probably go 4.56 but if you spend your time shifting gears around town a lot, 4.10 may be a better choice for you. 4.56 would nearly make 1st gear an optional ‘granny gear’. The 6-speed is a little more complicated to gear for due to its lower 1-5 gear ratios but 6th gear which is similar in ratio to the 5-speed.
