Why is my 2017 Grand Cherokee not filling up?

Most of the time it’s the pump and not the vehicle. Anyone else having this problem on their 2017 grand cherokee? Just got a 2017 GC and I CANT fill the tank without it “clicking” and stopping before having to squeeze the gas handle again.

Can you get gas nozzle in Jeep to fuel it?

: ) The last two times I went to fuel my Jeep I have not been able to get the gas nozzle to go into the Jeep. This is the same station with the same pumps I always use. The little metal parts that close the opening to the neck do not seem to part to allow the gas nozzle to pass through them .

Why does my Jeep feel sluggish when I press the gas?

It could be for example that it doesn’t go into first gear but direct into 2nd or 3rd. the engine revs without proper acceleration. when i press down on the accelerator it feels sluggish and i notice its not as powerful as it use to be. i press on the gas and it revs to about 2000-2200 rpm but its slow to increase speed.
