Why does my Jeep horn keep going crazy?
While I was on deployment, my friend took care of my Jeep for me. He told me that the battery died and he replaced it, and then one day the horn started going crazy and sounding continuously. When did my car horn stop blaring?
Nothing happened until I closed the hood, shut the garage door and start to go inside, and the horn starts blaring continuously. I have the fuse pulled again for the time being. The battery was replaced in early September and the horn issue started randomly in October (I got back in November).

If that doesnt work, start the vehicle and turn the wheel lock to lock and see if that makes any change. If the first suggestion makes changes I would look at contacts in the steering wheel, if the latter makes change I would suspect clockspring.
