Why is the blend door in the closed position?
From the picture you posted, then blend door is in the closed position based on the top gear rotated fully to the right. As the blend door opens it rotates the top gear clockwise. Does the top gear swing freely without the bottom one installed? My blend door got stuck/jammed in the closed position due to over travel.
