Why are my power locks not working on my Jeep?
There is a combination flasher unit under the drivers side dash, but it acts for turn signals as well hazard lights. It is an electronic controlled relay, so maybe the problem is in there. If it was wire related, the problem should be there for the hazard lights as well.

Why are my Jeep Grand Cherokee windows not working?
My 2004Jeep Grand Cherokee driver door locks and all windows stopped working. I found the black 10/12 gage wire and a yellow 18 gage wire broken in two within the driver side black boot covering the harness into the car body. I stripped and butt spliced both wires.

And the oil sensing unit, when your sure that the oil pressure is ok, i would try an original Mopar unit. And then your last problem, your BF, just trade it in for a more usefull one.
