Are there any running lights on my Jeep Grand Cherokee?
J14 fuse is trailer running lights for 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Found it this morning after reading this post. Thanks! I have the same problem. No running lights on 3 different trailers have brake and directional but that’s it. Check all fuses and relays.
Why are the parking lights not working on my Jeep?
There is a relay in the TIPM that switched power on for the running (parking) lights. It is before the fuse. Pull the fuse, switch on your parking lights and use a meter to check voltage across the fuse slot. If there is no voltage then you likely have an issue with the TIPM.

92 cherokee limited No Parking Lamps,Dash,lights! Well this started after the battery went dead. First the head lamp flashed after installing new battery. reset security with key lock and unlock drivers and passenger door. Head lamps stopped flashing after locking and unlocking passenger door.

Why are the tail lights on my Jeep YJ not working?
If you have the stock tail lights remove the lense and fully inspect the wires and connections and light socket. I had the same problem on a Yj and the problem was corrosion in the tail light housing.
