Why does my Sentry Key not work on my Jeep Wrangler?

In my opinion this is something for a dealer to handle. The reason is that the keys have to be recognized not only by the remote keyless module, but also the sentry key module to start the Jeep. The latter seems to be working. The keys have to be programmed to both modules.
