I got a 2006 Grand Caravan. Changed temperature sensor twice, fuel pump twice, fuel pump relay. Still doesn’t start good in cold weather. Have to give it 10 squirts of gasoline with an oil can into the air intake of the throttle body and it starts immediately.

Car won’t start in cold weather. If the engine is flooded, holding the pedal down (the throttle plate open) while you crank will pull a lot of air through the cylinders and remove the excess gas. When the mixture is close to right and the spark plugs are no longer too wet to fire, the engine will start.
