Is there a way to lock the screen?
If a custom application needs to lock the screen, it has to use TouchRegisterWindow and TouchUnregisterWindow. The trick is to create a small or zero sized window and register that with TouchRegisterWindow. Use the same window for TouchUnregisterWindow to enable touch input.
