The drain was found by going to each fuse dock and testing the energy draw readings with a meter to see if any system was drawing power when it should not be doing so as the car was off. The amp, an issue MB has had problems with a lot, was drawing power when the radio/car were off and slowly over the course of a few days was draining my battery.
