Chances are great your air box and blend doors are fine! Your local Craigslist ads for auto repair are a great resource for cheap work.

It’s a fairly simple fix. Remove the glove box and the passenger side blend door actuator motor and gear is just inside to the left. Shouldn’t cost more than $150-$200 to replace with parts and labor included by a good cheap independent tech. There’s several good posts in these forums explaining exactly how to do it.
