Why does my Jeep wobble when I brake?
Rotors come into contact with the brake pads when the brake pedal is pressed to make the car come to a stop. When the rotors get warped, they can cause shaking when you go to stop at higher speeds since the brake pads are not coming into contact evenly with the rotors.
Why are the brakes not working on my Jeep?

And thanks for the education! all 4 wheel disk brakes have the emergency brake inside the rear rotor ( that i am aware of) . they are wee little pads , not like the old drum brake pads that were 7″ or so long . these are only , maybe 3 ” long and 1.5 -2″ wide . I will post a pic if I can find one.
What causes bumpy stopping when applying new brakes?
If not, the protective coating on new rotors can cause pulsating. And, yup, warpage is another possibility. But cleaning teh surfaces with a good brake cleaning solvent is worth a try.
