Is there a break and traction control light on?
I ran a diagnostic on the OBDII port and it there is only one code: J1850 Bus short on ground. What does that have anything to do with ABS. And it has to be the ABS. No ABS, no Traction Control. Not sure about the Break light though. Any thought about what can be wrong?
