Why does my Jeep Cherokee say Stop Start is not ready?
Problem: The stop start is “not ready” because the dashboard display says the driver door is open even though the door is closed. The “door open” is only displayed in the stop start menu. Meaning the routine door ajar sensor detects the door as being closed and has not malfunctioned.
