I gave up on my nav system shortly after i got the car. Much easier and more accurate to use Google on my phone. Accurate voice recognition and accurate directions, usually. Look into upgrading to the 2018 UAQ unit for the same or less money than paying the dealer to replace it. It’s an easy DIY fix/mod.
