Why does my GMC Sierra not blow hot air?
Air won’t blow out of the dash vents but the other modes work fine. Also occasionally blows hot air in A/C mode. Turning off the ignition and restarting corrects the heat issue. Driver’s side heater/a-c works okay… passenger side only blows hot air, regardless of heat setting.
Why does my a / C only blow hot air after battery is disconnected?
While we were doing this we also disconnected the battery for a while to reset the computer because my 4 wheel drive wasn’t work properly (another long story). Well once we reconnected the battery and had the AC recharged it now only blows out HOT air.

Any suggestions on a good repair manual that will cover the A/C systems and circuitry. Air only comes out dash vents. Changing to floor or defrost switch position does not change air flow. I’ve got a problem I got hot air coming out the vents on the driver side,and cold air on the pass.side that includes when im running the air.

Why does my AC keep blowing hot air?
Recently when running the AC, it will randomly begin blowing hot air instead of cold. No matter what I try, the only proven way to get cold air to blow again is to shut the engine off, wait around 5 seconds, then crank back up. After doing this everything seems to work fine for a week or so…then the AC starts blowing hot air again.
