Why is my exhaust filter 100% full service?
No longer Eco Owner. One week later our truck is still in for repair so had to rent a car. Dealer said we have a clogged fuel filter restricting fuel flow that might be why we got the ETC warning and the 2nd warning of exhaust filter 100% full. So we are told none of this is covered under our engine warranty.
When to do a Regen on the exhaust filter?
With the Edge you can do a regen at any time before the DPF reaches 100%. I have the Edge and it will not force the regen at 100% full. I wish it did. What kind of tip do I need for exhaust system?
A 5” polished stainless-steel intercooler tip reduces Exhaust gas temperatures at the tailpipe while adding style. All the necessary clamps, hangars and hardware are included with this exhaust system to make installation fast and easy.
What’s the problem with the GC ECO diesel?
The Emissions control systems on these Ecodiesels are laughable. Note that in the 2018 model, the EGR exhaust tube is fed from after the DPF, so Chrysler knew it was a failure. Really the only good way to fix the carbon build up in the intake manifold, is to replace it. DY78, that is downright nasty.

When to Regen a diesel Grand Cherokee exhaust filter?
Any info other forum readers may have would be welcome. Regeneration occurs most effectively at highway speeds to prevent excessive heat buildup. While it seems odd, it really is necessary to go for a highway run of about an hour (at the speed limit, nothing crazy) at least weekly to allow a full regen to occur.
