As you see, the Hynes manual is not helpful. Here is a link to the FSM, go the wipers section about page 7. Then in the wiring diagrams section you can find the wiper circuit. You may have to go to the bottom of the page & pick Jeep Resources & online manuals if it directs you to home page rather than the knowledge base.
Where is fuse 14 on Jeep Wrangler washer pump?
Can’t see your profile/year. Bullethead, it’s probably not the fuse but the wipers are on fuse 14 which is 20a. The washer pump is on the same fuse so if that works the fuse is good. Here is a link to a photo of the panel & label on the cover.
