I tried to access the battery in the trunk to jump-start it with my wife’s car but the trunk won’t open with the fob button, the trunk button or the manual key. We can’t access the trunk from the interior of the car as far as I know. Even the glovebox is locked shut so I can’t access the user manual. Very frustrated, and humbly asking for help.
