Why does my Polaris scrambler 50 not run?
If you have disconnected the fuel line at the carb and turn on the fuel petcock and fuel runs out, you have fuel supply to the carb. You need to find out if/why it’s not getting to the cylinder from the carb if that is the problem, which it seems to be since the plug was dry. Try the spray bottle trick and see if it fires.

Press on the throttle to lift the slide in the carb and shoot 2 or 3 squirts of fuel into the carb and then try starting it. Everything is repairable, sometimes it’s just frustrating.

now….. 1*. Check the spark plug to make sure it is firing.. remove the spark plug.. make sure you have metal to metal contact and then turn the engine over.. (this might be a two man job).. the spark plug should have a nice big blue white spark,, (some electronic’s will have a weak orange and still fire fine!) 2.

Can a Polaris ATV run with the choke on?
Finally got it started with starter fluid and it’d only idle with the choke on, choke off it’ll run, but pops, doesn’t run well and won’t idle. I swapped the plug figureing i fouled it when i couldn’t get it to start. Didn’t help. I drained the fuel and added fresh, didn’t help. Removed the fuel filter, didn’t help.
