Its either the connection on the back of the stereo, or your fuse. Some cars, the actual stereo uses a different fuse than the speakers. thats what i meant, the speaker terminal on the back of the stereo. but the fuse would only blow, not blow then work then blow agin.

Do you need a new stereo for your car?

You need a new stereo IMO. Speakers are prob fine. Check ebay .. there is even a guy selling them with aux ports modified into them.. slowly losing my sanity..

Why does the radio work but no sound?

The radio seems to work, I can pick stations etc, turn volume up and down, but there is never any sound that comes out of the speakers Any ideas what could be wrong? maybe an amplifier fuse somewhere? I looked at the mirror/audio and woofer fuses under the dash, they are both good Is this the BOSE version or Standard?

Why does my Accord LX have no sound?

Any ideas, this is a 03 accord lx stock everything. I have searched but not found any solutions. When I turn on the stereo, the display turns on and then after 10 seconds the volume bars light up. But there is no sound coming from the speakers. I extensively searched the net and someone mentioned that it has to do with “connection”
