When is the best time to pull out?
Know your cycles. If you have a smartphone, check out some of the apps that help you track your fertile times. Consider using condoms in addition to pulling out during high fertility days of the month. If effectiveness is your #1 priority, withdrawal might not be right for you—maybe not right now, maybe not ever.

Are there any keep pulling workouts at home?
Keep Pulling at Home — Workouts for Lifters Who Are Stuck at Home! Keep Pulling will be providing FREE home workouts for anyone that may be stuck at home because of the recent Coronavirus. These workouts are designed to be performed with minimal or no equipment. The only requirement is that athletes must use the TrainHeroic app!
What should I do if I keep pulling muscles?
It also helps to avoid night cramps by drinking lots of water and taking electrolites if sweating. And I try to avoid explosive force, jumping for example if I’m not thoroughly warmed up. Hope it helps. I too have this issue but I’ve had it my whole life.
