A lot of times, if both lights come on, it senses a failure in the braking system. Your vehicle will disable the abs if it finds a problem in the braking system, hence the red brake light/hand brake light coming on in the dash. Get a code scanner that also reads the abs module.

Why is my abs light going off on my Jeep Wrangler?
If that doesnt fix it the only thing I can think of is a wheel speed sensor is going bad and setting off your abs. Welcome @Jeepgurl91 ! Pro quality scanner should have revealed which wheel speed sensor was defective if that was the issue.
How often does Jeep Wrangler Unlimited do Traction Light?
My 2016 Wrangler Unlimited does it too. Not often but at least 3 times in the past year. Dealership said they didn’t detect any issue at all while hooking up the diagnostic tool.
