Recently they are some clients met problem with the touchscreen of the newly released 10.1 inch Radio DVD GPOS stereo, we acted at the first time and find the cause. Normally are caused by the screen panel flex cable wrongly disconnected while unit powering on.

WF approved Offical Jeep Account. We were caught in a brief rain shower and now the radio (730N) touchscreen does not work, everything else works except the touchscreen. I thought maybe after everything dried out it may start working but it has been sitting 3 weeks with the top and doors off but it still does not work.

Do number 1 first then number 2 then do the plus mark at the top of the screen. Once you lined the lines up green turn the key off and turn it back in. If done correctly you should have your touch options back
