What to do if your Harley Davidson has no spark?

Just installed 12″ bars and cam plate. Buttoned it all up and tried to start it. Motor turns over fine, however no spark. Pulled the plug wires, put another plug in wire and no spark. Took tank back off, no pinched wires. Tested B terminal of coil plug and getting 12 + Volts. Removed power commander, hook bike back to ecm, no spark.

Why does my Harley Davidson Evo keep missing?

Why does my Harley Davidson engine not start?

It may have worn tiny pinholes through the tubing rubbing against the interior of the tank. Especially if it starts and runs fairly normally if the tank is full of fuel. Must still be the EVO engine. So the above probably does not apply.
