Right from the start the Kemper Profiler comes equipped with more than 300 profiles, featuring vintage classics, modern high-gain amps and rare boutique items. These profiles were made by top engineers and producers in premiere studios around the world.
How many profiles can Kemper hold?

Is a Kemper worth it?
The tones of the kemper are amazing but if you’re used to an analog amp and analog effects odds are you won’t be loving the Kemper in a live mix. If you are playing direct to a PA system and you want the same sound all night then the Kemper is a really great option.

The PROFILER™ comes with sets of Rigs and presets. Like with Rigs you can create your own presets.
Is AXE FX better than Kemper?
In terms of quality of tone, both the Axe-FX and the Kemper are professional quality devices. The tones of the Axe-FX are more flexible, but that inevitably means a lot more tweaking. With the Kemper, it can be a lot quicker and easier to dial up a nice tone just by browsing through a few of the highest-rated patches.

The Kemper Profiling Amp (KPA) takes sonic snapshots (or profiles) of any amp and speaker combination as heard through a microphone or DI — not only your own amps, but those of a growing community of users and artists as well.
Can Kemper do stereo?
The Kemper input is mono, as is the amp and cab blocks. The only way to utilize stereo effects is using the stereo loop after the amp block. The powered Kemper has a mono amplifier, so you cannot run a stereo signal out without running the (line level) main outputs into a stereo power amp to drive your stereo cab.
