How much does a Harley handlebar cable cost?
You could always go with the harley bars and purchase the 12″ burly cable package. I think its like $199 through Phatperformanceparts. Would going with the longest kit they have be a good idea? That way, if I wanna go 16 instead of 12 for example, I don’t have to purchase another set of cables or would the excess cable length become a nuisance?
What kind of clutch cable does a Sportster use?
Much lower than the buckhorns & her clutch was very stiff. Put the stock Custom clutch cable on & problem was gone. Nice, smooth, easy pull.

Why are my handle bars loose on my Harley Davidson?
Each handle bar clamp sits on top of a 1 inch spacer and its this assemby that is loose. I check the manual and the bike for a bolt to tighten and came up blank. Do I have to remove the handle bar clamps to get to this bolt ??
Can a knurled handlebar be replaced on a Harley?
If you’re replacing the handlebar on a Harley you’ll need to get a bar that is dimpled or drilled or your cables will not fit. A knurled handlebar has grooves that help it from sliding around, a nice to have, but not necessary. There are small little pieces inside your throttle that hook up to the cables that get lost easily.
