How many miles on my Silverado pushrod lifter?

So my 2016 has 52,000 miles on it and it’s completely stock still. Had a ticking noise and assumed it was the afm lifter. Didn’t run weird or do anything odd just had a little noise. Out of no where it started shaking, check engine light started flashing, traction control light came on.
