Why does my Arctic Cat 300 not accelerate?
I know this isn’t exactly the right place to ask, but I thought maybe somebody might have a suggestion. I just helped a friend replace the stator on his 2000 Arctic Cat 300. It wasn’t charging at all before. We got it back together but it won’t accelerate.

Why does my Arctic Cat Prowler not start?
The IAP sensor is not working right. I’m going to try and find where it is at tomorrow and go from there. From what I’m seeing online for other machines it sounds like this may be the issue I’m having. The hard part now is to find where it is.

The IAT sensor is usually located in the side of the air box or intake tube before the throttle body. Ok I got the new map sensor pit on and reset the code. I don’t have any codes that come up at this time.
What do I do if my Arctic Cat won’t start?
The EFI icon will flash. 1. Make sure the ignition switch is in the OFF position; then remove the seats. 2. Locate the diagnostic plug next to the PDM; then remove the black rubber cap. 3. Connect the Test Plug from Test Plug/Error Code List to the diagnostic plug.
