How long does Opticoat PRO last?
Opti-Coat is the only coating composed of Silicon Carbide making it harder than other coatings. Opti-Coat reaches maximum gloss after about 7 days and maintains that gloss over time. Opti-Coat has been in use for 10 years as of 2016.

Is Opticoat permanent?

Can you wax OptiCoat?
Yes you can. Although you will find that any additional benefits from your wax will be shorter lived as it will have difficulty bonding to the OptiCoat Pro film and therefore reduce its durability.
Is ceramic coating permanent?

Does ceramic coating prevent rock chips?
Although ceramic coatings can prevent against minor scratches, it does not provide adequate protection from rock chips. Due to the force, speed and unique dimensions of rock chips and road projectiles, they can damage the ceramic coat and create damage in the protective coat.
How long does hyper seal last?
Use Opti-Coat® Hyper™ Seal on wet surfaces as a drying aid after washing or apply to dry surfaces including paint, plastic moldings, rubber seals and glass. The new formula is longer lasting and can last a year or more!
