How long does it take for the COMAND system to shut down?
The Comand system on my W212 shuts down in approximately 2 -3 minutes while in accessory mode (engine not running). I imagine this is to conserve battery power. The system shuts itself off, without warning, whether you are in the process of recording music files to the registry, watching DVD video, etc. This makes no sense.
