How does the TRAX work?
TRAX is electrically powered via a pantograph that connects the train to overhead catenary wires. Trains can range in length from one to four cars depending on time, day and projected ridership. Fare must be purchased before boarding at an on-platform ticket vending machine or UTA customer service location.
Is UTA free right now?
UTA passengers may ride for free when entering and exiting a fixed-route bus, paratransit vehicle or TRAX train within the boundaries of the Free Fare Zone. If you begin your ride before entering the zone and/or exit after leaving the zone, you will be asked to provide proof of payment.
Does the Utah TRAX go to the airport?

Once you do get through the doors, remember there are three levels on FrontRunner. TRAX only has one. TRAX can only board four per car. Those are the biggies when comparing Utah’s two commuter trains, and if you do ever catch a ride on FrontRunner, keep an eye out for Jerry Davis.
Does Trax Run on Sunday?

Can you take TRAX to Lagoon?
UTA is now offering weekday and Saturday shuttle service from FrontRunner to Lagoon, making it easy to enjoy the park’s attractions without fighting traffic or paying to park. Route 667 connects riders at Farmington FrontRunner station with Lagoon.

Do BYU students ride UTA free?

How much does FrontRunner cost?
