How big is the fuel filter on a Hyosung?

Larger fuel filters (3x size) benefit from a gravity assist (& a cleaner reserve). Such filters of this size last about 15-20K miles ( except china) Carbs are less likely to wait for fuel delivery as bigger lines flow more fluid faster. As the bike gets more fuel = It is slightly more spirited through the gears.

Why does my Hyosung GT250R won’t start?

These including headlights, the loom that runs down the left side just under the fuel tank, and a single plug that plugs into the engine just between the headers (mind my lack of bike knowledge here). Plugged them all (I think) back in. Problem is, now my bike doesn’t start.

Is the Hyosung GT250R EFI free?

Joining is free! I’m new to the forum and after some help with my 2012 Hyosung GT250R EFI. Last night while at work some local yobbo thought he would be funny and disconnect a whole bunch of wires on my bike.

How to change fuel line on Hyosung gt125r GT250R?

– Remove your fuel tank. Grab a size 10/12mm spanner or socket & unscrew the bolt that is holding the tank to the frame. Afterwards, disconnect the 2 pipes under your Tank. Then, put the tank away elsewhere for now. Watch out for the “Fuel Level Sensor” wire too! –> BE SLOW & UNPLUG IT! 2. The Air Box comes off next!
