What types of rewards can I earn? You will earn 2 points per dollar on every purchase you make in a Caribou Coffee store (excluding gift cards). Once you have 140 points, get a free beverage (any size, any drink) on us!
How do you redeem caribou rewards?
To redeem a Points Reward, visit an applicable participating Caribou Coffee location, “check in” at the point of sale as described above. Your Points Reward will be removed from your Perks Account at the time of use.
Do you get free Caribou on your birthday?
yes. you sign up on the Caribou website and you’ll get an e-mail on your Birthday. just print and bring it in.
How do I get a caribou welcome reward?
Caribou will then post a one-time welcome reward (a “Caribou Welcome Reward”) for one (1) complimentary beverage of your choice (excluding canned/bottled beverages/ready-to-drink) to your Perks Account; you will be notified of posting by email to the email associated with your Perks Account.
How can I use my caribou card on my phone?
You can also transfer funds from another Caribou Card® into your app account. Everything you love about Caribou Perks now lives on your phone. Show us your mobile barcode to check-in at the store and earn 2 points for every $1 spent. You can use your points to redeem rewards right from your app.
What to do if you lose your caribou Perks Card?
If you lost your Perks card, you can pick up a new card on your next visit to a Caribou Coffee and then easily merge cards on the Perks Web site. Or, you can contact Customer Relations at 1.888.CARIBOU (1.888.227.4268) and they’ll set you up with a new Perks card.
When do Caribou Coffee perks rewards expire?
Your Points Reward will be removed from your Perks Account at the time of use. All redeemed Points Rewards expire fourteen (14) days after posting to your Brand Program account, and if a selected Points Reward expires without redemption, the associated points used to select the Points Reward will not be reinstated to your Perks Account.
