Did Sion get buffed?
Two Top lane champions, Teemo and Sion, are also getting buffs on patch 11.21 for being pretty much “dead” for most of the season. Both of them have around a 3% pick rate while having around a 48% win rate at Top. Therefore, Riot is buffing them once again.

Did Lux get nerfed?
Champions like Thresh and Bard will be receiving nerfs, while damage-dealing supports such as Lux and Zyra are set to receive heavy buffs to some of their core abilities. The nerfs to Thresh shouldn’t come as a surprise, though. The champion has seen his power decrease steadily throughout 2021.

What damage does Sion deal?
Sion fires a shockwave, dealing magic damage, Slowing them by 40/45/50/55/60% for 2.5 seconds and removing 20% Armor for 2.5 seconds. Non-champions hit are Knocked Back. Enemies hit by a Knocked Back unit take the same damage and effects.
Is Sion dead lol?
