Turn the key off and everything is ok. 2004 IH 4300 1HTMMAAN24H609204 4H609204 I erased them but the twin to this truck had these codes with a similar problem. PID 91 FMI 7, PID 102 FMI 2, SID 230 FMI 2 When code 133 is active the amber ENGINE lamp is illuminated and the odometer displays the message WARN ENG.

We got couple of 05 International truck that has VGT problem. Code 152 (BAP signal out of range low). 354 (VGT control under duty cycle) and Body Controller – Remote Engine Speed Control #1 – Analog input #2 shorted to ground. Already replace BAP sensor, MAP sensor and VGT turbo.
How do you fix no throttle on DT466?
To add on for anyone who tries this: I found that pressure from the throttle made the TPS slide back to its original position with the open room in the bolt holes. I cut a couple small strips of insulated wire to use as shims to hold the bolt in the new position giving me a permanent, worry free fix.

I have a 2003 International 4300 with a DT466. I just had all the O-rings on the injectors replaced along with the wiring harness that goes to the injectors. Now once the truck gets up to running temp it starts to sputter/miss. Truck runs GREAT cold but once warm gets worse.
