Can Sunry be innocent?
Sunry can be proven innocent and get away with the murder. It is also possible, if the player does badly at defending Sunry, to get him a prison sentence on lack of substantial evidence on either side. If Sunry is found innocent, the Sith would pass some of their kolto exports to the Republic as punishment.
How do you get to the Sith base on manaan?

When you choose to be Sunry’s lawyer you choose to defend him regardless of whether he did it or not. Jolee puts his trust in you as well. You side with the Republic on this one but you can also hack the Republic computer in the embassy in an attempt to prove Sunry innocent.
What happens if you poison the shark Kotor?
If you poisoned the shark, you’ll be permanently banned from Manaan unless you do not give self-incriminating answers to the court (see above), and threaten them in turn. If you destroyed the station, you’ll have their respect and gratitude.
