How do you remove the baffle screen on a Kawasaki 900?
Rather than debaffling your 900, try drilling first. Step 1: Take a piece of rebar. 7/8″ is what you need with a point ground on the end. Slide it into the exhaust pipe until you hit the first baffle screen. Take one BMFH and give the rebar a swat or two (make sure you’re hanging on to the rebar). That should punch out the first baffle screen.
