Are battery 4 Kits good?
The new kits sound great and with the integration options – Battery 4 will accept samples from a wide range of file types – there’s no need to stick with NI’s own libraries of content because you can so easily expand these with your own. Certainly, I would have no hesitation in recommending Battery 4.

How do I add 4 batteries to my library?
Launch BATTERY 4 and go to Edit > Preferences… from the menu tab. Go to Library > User. The User Kits folder is listed here by default. Note: If the User folder is not listed here, use the Add button and navigate to this folder (see the location in step #3 above).
Can a native instrument kit work with Battery 4?

How to load an expansion kit / sample in Battery 4?
To load individual audio samples onto each BATTERY 4 Cell in order to customize your own Kit, proceed as explained below: In BATTERY 4, switch to Samples in the Library tab of the Browser. Type the name of the Expansion in the search bar.
Why are there no user kits on battery 4?
If the user kits do not appear then they were not installed correctly or you forgot to scan the library! For some reason, Battery 4 was designed to NOT scan its library by default when loading user kits. This results in the annoying “Missing Samples” message.
