Is the actuator on a Gator still working?

I reconnected the actuator to the Gator & it worked fine. Although it does not make as much noise when it fully extends & fully retracts. Can you manually lift a hydraulic dump bed?

This will disconnect the motor and you can manually lift the bed. Be careful if you do it, as the bed wont be supported by anything and could come back down on you while you are working on the motor (prop it open with something) Not sure if this is what your after, but it should work.
