(Gently) and then back out two full turns of the screws as a starting point. The idle adjustment screw is located on the throttle plate stop, and after you get the engine to throttle up correctly and run at high speed correctly then you can adjust the idle screw so it will sit alone and idle just slow enough to not make the clutch turn.
