Why does my Astra air temperature sensor not work?
If the outside temperature is reading correctly on the radio display, then there must be a high resistance connection between the sensor and the engine control unit. I don’t have a wiring diagram available, so I cannot give you any more information, and I have ever seen this fault before.

I understand the ambient air temperature sensor is the one that is attached to the vents in the centre of the front bumper and is the sensor that the outside temp is read from and displayed on the dash but the dash appears to show the correct outside temperature. Anyone seen this problem before and fixed it ?
