Why are the check engine lights blinking on my tundra?

I have a 2012 crew cab Tundra with 5600 kms (3000 mi.) I filled up my truck yesterday with Shell gas and drove it home ,2kms . Last night it was about 9 degrees C . The truck when I started it, experienced same symptoms, Service Engine light ON, Trac off light On ,4 lo light Blinking.

Is the service engine, Trac off and 4 low blinking?
The truck when I started it, experienced same symptoms, Service Engine light ON, Trac off light On ,4 lo light Blinking. Still under warranty. Should I take it in to the dealer or just disconnect the battery?

Re: 2008 Toyota Tundra engine light on, vsc off, 4lo,… I’m having the same problem with my 08 tundra, ODB ll reading found no fault codes, truck is still lacking power and idles rough from time to time and dash lights continue to flash…. Not sure how to proceed without any codes to work with….
When do the VSC off and check engine lights come on?
“VSC Off” and “VSC TRAC” lights will often come on when an error code triggers the Check Engine light. It doesn’t necessarily mean there is an issue with those systems. If they all showed up at the same time, it’s likely that diagnosing the cause for the Check Engine light will fix them all.
When does the ABS light come on in a Toyota Tundra?
Good job finding the issue! I, too have a 2008 Tundra with the same light issues. It seems to come on when the engine compartment is very hot, and not on cooler days when cool air is blowing around the engine, but even that is not a given. Lately, the lights have been coming on anytime I drive the truck.

How did you get the codes for the tundra?
LED projector headlamps/LED taillights, mud guard delete, EGR delete, 35×12.50×18 on black dipped capless stockers, no lift (yet), aftmkt sound system, other forgotten mods. Fill up your coolant & Swap your coil pack from the 2nd cilinder to another one and visa versa , erase the codes and see what comes back up how did you get the codes ?

Cylinder 2 misfire (ran kinda rough once for about 30 seconds at ~50 mph). The 2nd code is for low coolant. And I know I have a radiator leak.

Is the VSC off on my Toyota Tundra?
Turned it off, back on, tried everything. Eventually had to get it towed to dealership and then they reported the truck was working fine on arrival and could not replicate any problems. I kept insisting they keep it and try to replicate it on a cold morning, they kept over a week and could not replicate.

R light also came on when truck was in park was well with 4Lo flashing. When walking around the truck the reverse light would slowly come on but dimly lit. Any insight would be great. My guess would be a problem somewhere in the wiring harness.
Why does my 4L flash when I start the tundra?
To complete process (While 4L is flashing) press brakes and then shift to Neutral, let off brakes. You should now engage 4L. Maybe this helps…. or maybe not. Click to expand… Mine will beep and flash upon startup even though the selector is in two wheel drive. It has some kind of glitch.
