That is a spirit beast. Its name is “Loque’nahak” and it is found in Sholazar Basin, Southwest of Nesingwary Base Camp. Been tamed on the beta.

Keep Concussive Shot or any slow at all times and I kited Gumi all the way down the mountain. When the buff is gone, set up Binding Shot at his feet to stun him and cast Tame Beast.

Only Beast Mastery Hunters with the level 65 ability. [Exotic Beasts] can tame and summon these exotic beasts.
How do you get Magria?
You have to have unlocked the Sanctuary of Malorne daily quests to be able to see Ankha/Magria in the regrowth. In equipment manager make a “No gear” set that removes all your gear except bow (So you can tag) and drag it to your bars.

Nope. The pet has to be your level or lower… but also note that pets also will level automatically to be five levels under the Hunter, if there’s a huge difference; ie, if a level 80 Hunter tames a level 5 beast, they will become level 75 instantly.

Is Hati a spirit beast?
Patch 8.1. 5 introduces a level 120 quest chain that allows you to rescue Hati’s fragmented essences and reform him. This allows you to tame him in any or all of six different colours. While the quest chain can be started in any hunter spec, Hati is a Spirit Beast, and therefore only usable by Beast Masters.
